Dojutsu

I know that there will be no Sharingan, Byakugan, Rinnegan from the Naruto series, but will there be other original types of Dojutsu/Kekkei Genkai? The special eye techniques are my favorite part of Naruto, and I want to know if theres going to be anything like it. Thanks.

By rare Kekkei Genkai, do you mean rarer than the other Kekkei Genkai?

All the Kekkei Genkai are going to be rare, .02% in fact. Some examples if I am not mistaken, but .02% of 50,000 people would result in a mere 10 people receiving a Kekkei Genkai. At the end of 2013, Blizzard has about 8 million subscribers, let's assume that 7.5 million played. Let's also assume that this game gets that big, and there are 7 million people playing it. Out of those 7 million, if they all only made 1 character and no one died, only 1,400 people would have a Kekkei Genkai. That is rare.

Also keep in mind that there'll be more kekkei genkai so it'll take a ton of luck to get the one you wish...

Well, at the first release, this game won't have 7 million, so everyone should be thinking more about the 50,000 player statistic. If 50,000 people are playing Shinobi Life Online, only 10 characters will get a Kekkei Genkai, only if it stays at the current .02%. Granted that is a straight statistic, so there will probably be a little more amount of players than 10 with a Kekkei Genkai.

Speaking of Dojutsu, will we be able to murder...i mean um...fight fairly...a player with dojutsu and be able to take their eyes and, perhaps with the help of a high level medic ninja, be able to steal the dojutsu for our character (perhaps even giving one eye to myself and one eye to a partner)?

I don't think any 'Dojutsu's', other than Vregs', will be in the game. It seems to close to Naruto for me. If you kill Vreg, you won't get his eyes, but you will be able to get all chakra natures.
