There should be a Justsu were you go into a mode where you take 80% less damage overall and you deal 90% more damage. Dont know what it should be though.

On what basis are you categorizing it under raiton (lightning release)?
Does the paralysis occurs due to electric shock through the body? If that's what you are implying, then 2 seconds is quite less Time period for stun.

Look,yea it is lightning style (my bad xD)it is like a static attack which can stun the enemy for 2 secs,the logic behind this is just what u said...but I found 2 seconds ok because mar it could be op,but tell me how many seconds would u prefer?

Just a two second stun due to electric shock is very low... a 5-10second stun or even more would be practically possible... iirc, the last time I touched a live wire, I was stunned for around almost a minute
I'd say 5-10 seconds, depending upon the stats of the affected player. Idk though which stat.
Probably healing or chakra regen
