Enemies: The Hidden Hill

History: The Sa'kage is a very new organization, only existing for a few years, and only acting recently. As such there's not much history, other than Takeshi Omake, the founder of the organization sought out other likeminded shinobi who wanted to destroy the Village hidden in the hill for there own reasons. Other than that there's not much history, nor is the group even considered an active threat by the Hill yet. Other than that there's not much to say about the history of the group. Right now the short-term goal is to gain members and seek powerful jutsu and techniques to achieve their long-term goals.

Goal: The goal of the head of the Sa'kage is to eliminate the hierarchy of the hidden hill and establish himself as the head. The other member's goals vary from person to person, but all include some sort of attack against the Hidden Hill

Rankings: The Leader of the Sa'kage is referred to as The Shinga, and the higherups, including the Shinga, is referred to as The Three. The Shinga and the Three are mostly equal, all making decisions for the Sa'kage. The Shinga, however, can make decisions for the entirety of the group without the approval of The other Three. There is always room for improvement in the Sa'kage. The Three can grow and shrink in number, al the way from 1 to 9. It will fluctuate based for various reasons.

Rules: The only rules of the Sa'kage is that betrayal, of any kind, will be treated extremely harshly. Fighting is allowed, as long as both sides of the fight are aware, and it isn't a surprise attack. A member of the Three is to look after any serious, not training fight to fully determine and witness the winner.

Unique Features: The members of the Sa'kage all have the logo somewhere on their person. Some have tattoo's, others bandanna's, some have the insignia on their armor. It varies from member to member based on personal taste.

Applications: There are no applications. If a member of the Sa'kage fight you and think you could assist them, hey will offer you a place in the Sa'kage. Other than that we're not really accepting applications, at least not now.

You know the problem with a rouge organization allowing multiple objectives by there members??  If a memeber has the opertunaty to complete his objective by abandoning the organization current objective, (since he/she/it is rouge) they almost certainly will. Even if the punishment is death, all that means is slightly more people want you died, since your already wanted dead by the village you abandoned.
