This is Mansaf probably the most popular in Jordan... made of Rice, lamb meet, thin bread with lots of cooked yogurt sauce... It is usually eaten using our hands

That is Musakhan, most popular in Palestine... something like flat bread, cooked onions , chicken and something called sumaq, pine nuts... and oil
