Game stop answering when press alt

The game stops answering and freezes when i press the left alt. Anybody having that issue too?

Left alt would normally cause your microphone to activate so you can talk-ingame.
-Were you doing anything else at the time?
-How well can you run SLO (Graphics / Frames wise?)
