Too much responsible for me, and Batt, you is the most qualified for the job. If you don't do it I don't know who can.
Main Qualification:
Leader and founder of the Tsukegami Clan, one of strongest and main clans in the Hidden Hill.

P.S. Jariyah did refuse to be the Hokage of the Hidden Leaf. Does this have anything to do with your decision??

i think he mean is hidden hill,since he have clan and everything there.
That still doesn't matter though, it doesn't give you more qualification than any other person running for Hidden Hill Kage.
Still surprised why he doesn't run for Kage...
