The dojutsus will be original ? and the jutsus too?

If you are going to have some that will work without mechanical kekkei genkai ? They will be the players or developers who will create dojutsus ?
Also speaking to normal jutsu

Yes, all jutsu and bloodlines, such as Kekkei Genkais, will be original. None of the ones from Naruto will be implemented.
