Did you read the faq? If you have look at some of the older suggestion threads where some things are explained. I doubt one can obtain them all, tho.

No, you can't obtain all chakra natures. The maximum you could have is three (Hidden Hill shinobi).

That used to be the case but then Vreg said that he was likely to go for something else.

I'm not sure if I'm going to give myself the 5 chakra natures, that was part of the Rinnegan-like power. I'll probably just go with Lightning Release and Water Release (natures of Kaminari), also give myself the combined nature of Storm Release and combine of all that with my Thunder God Eyes and kenjutsu.

To add to what Kai said, although I myself won't have 5 chakra natures, it does not rule out the possibility for it to be a special power (KKG) or a forbidden technique.
