I would say if you need something to go by it should be the number of mission you complete. in naruto any gennie that completed 5 or more D-rank or higher missions could take the chunin exams. as only 5 missions of cat catching or baby sitting  would probably not develop survival skills all that much most with this few mission would not make chunin in the exams. However there not excluded, from taking them. but likewise even after naruto beet pain technically he was still a gennen.he is fighting madera now in full control of his tailed beast and he is still a gennen... ranks have nothing to do with ability in this game. there only to allow you to go on hire ranked mission.

i think what cmsurfer is trying to say is. mostly everything is already planned out. and you have good ideas but if people like you jeep trying to change the gamethere wont be a game.

 Well I'm not trying to change some of the topics have not been covered and I don't know some of the additional information so I'm trying to get ideas to the developer so that they can spend more time focusing on other things pertaining to the game rather than having to spend time thinking about that stuff
