Game Devolpment

All though its a basic unity game i see it having a big future. These are some of my ideas although it will take a while for what we all want to get here.

Character Customization:
Appearance Wise there should be hair, skin, height eyes (Not kekkei Genkai)
and human stuff. But clothes i think it should not be limited to you village or homeland.
If you are a messenger or wanderer you should be able to wear any clothing at all. I would wear the robes sasuke wears in his training with orochimaru

Jutsu:
The way i see it every chakra nature EX : explosion release, ying yan release should all have a different set of hand signs and justu. and of course you should be able to get new jutsu if you Are fire style but want water style, but you would have to earn or learn it

Most of your ideas are in FAQ's page. You will be able to learn multiple natures and Jutsu.
And it has not yet bin decided on the extent of character customization but there will be outfits that you can buy with real money that can set you apart from others. these are only cosmetic and do not add any kind of Stat increase or  defence. The game is pre alpha still so there will be many changes still to come... reed over the FAQ's carefully... you'll find there is a very strong concept laid out already.

All of the points you have mentioned will come later in the game development.
Right now SLO is in pre-alpha so you wont really be expecting such advanced mechanisms at this stage.
