Please stop stretching that destroying planets power. As I said it depends on whose universe you accept: In DBZ the creators limited the series so the ultimate power is to destroy a planet, not only goku can do this, Frieza has the power to do this too. In Naruto, the creators limited the series so the ultimate power is to become a sage. In One Punch Man... well we don't know yet, Saitama may reach the power to annihilate the entire universe with a clap of hands... it doesn't matter their powers, you can't compare them. It may be true that Saitama would be able to destroy Goku with a series of strong punches as well as saying that Goku would be able to destroy Saitama with a spirit bomb. You can't tell which is more powerful.
