Infinite Chakra and Stunted Chakra. Just wanted them both on one Topic

As you guys may have already heard when using the FIreball Justsu, it doesnt consume Chakra for a while giving the impression of infinite Chakra, Then after stopping the Jutsu it depleted your Chakra to zero. Now for Stunted Chakra. After depleting your Chakra, it doesnt regenerate. Ive waited for 20 minutes and above but nothing happens.Im new here so if i violated any rules please tell me.

It's a known bug.
Although I'm not entirely sure how it is triggered, but I do know @Vreg is/has been trying to get rid of it.

To fix the chakra not regenerating, doing a simple relog should do the job.

There is also a bug where you'll fall out of the map.
Dont go near the edges of the map, It's dangerous...
