What type of music do you listen to?

I mostly listen to Hip Hop and Rap, but can listen to any genre if the song is good.

Mostly power metal.
But i also like rock,j-rock,punk,classical music(like mozart for example),jazz or punk.
What i like so much about power metal:
The,,power''you feel while you listen to it.
It can drag you into a different world where you feel like you belong.
Its very melodic and strong,yet calm and gentle at the same time.
The lyrics are often very beautiful and have a real meaning.

If it comes to j-rock,my favorite band is dir en grey.
Kyo writes wonderful songs,that show us parts of the world,that we tend to overlook.
Simply because truth hurts.
But if you only see the pretty side of life,you can never understand it,nor can you get strenght from it.
His lyrics are very poetic,but still truthful.
And the music goes well with the lyrics too,it really makes you feel the emotions that are hidden in every song.
