Description of the character's personality: Otara is a calm and mysterious character who never seem to be amused by anything. He does not let himself get annoyed by idiots so he merely ignores them. Otara however possesses great intelligence when it comes to battle. He is not one who is impatient and eager to fight, but one to study the enemy before encountering. Otara never panics in battle, he simply makes out a way to defeat the problem.

Description of the character's history: Otara was born in the uchiha clan. It was said that he started using the mangekyo sharingan from birth and killed the medical ninja who helped him to be born, so he was feared by his parents and was thrown away. Because he was thrown away as a baby, he did not know his parents or where he came from. Only the uchiha clan knew about the baby and his mysterious powers, but later the uchiha clan was wiped out by Itachi Uchiha. When leaving the leaf village, Itachi Uchiha later found Otara in the woods due to his loud crying and immediately saw that Otara was using the mangekyo sharingan.
He was then raised, trained and given the name Otara by Itachi until he became 7 years old. At this time Otara was already strong enough to survive on his own.

 U do notice that this guy would be unbelievably skinny right. 7 feet tall and 150 lbs don't match up very well. Other than that everything else is good.
