Chakra and health sugestion

Hello, and again, sorry for my bad english, im portuguese.
I dont know if someone give this idea before, but i think e fair to genin ninjas have small chakra bars and jounin have more chakra bars.
And sennin and kage etc etc.
Health the same thing

I wouldn't mind it, but I think it would give higher level ninja an overpowering advantage. (Which would be realistic.) However I think we should keep the freedom of being able to battle higher level ninja and win based on skill rather than ONLY because they have higher stats.
