Using a phone with your computer

My iPhone 4 is really messed up and laggy so I'm wondering if there's a way to control my phone by using my pc.

I have yet to hear of a way that you could use your pc to control your cell phone, but i do know you can transfer files from one to the other and can download virus protector to make sure you dont have any viruses on your phone.

It would definitely involve jailbreaking your phone. I've seen it though, and it's decently broken already
