Kishingan (Demon eye)

I want to suggest a dojutsu named Kishingan , with kishin meaning demon and gan meaning something like eye.
Sorry for the lack of pictures but I'll try to describe it as good as I can.

It's divided into 3 phases.

Phase 1: A black ring appears on a red-brown background. The abilities are : (They also apply to phase 2 and so on)

• Increases range of sight
• Increases effectivity of genjutsu
• Allows the use of one or some genjutsu which only people with this dojutsu can use

Phase 2: A black line appears vertically on the middle of the ring. The abilities are :

• Allows partial Demonic Takeover which increases speed , strength , chakra etc., while slowly draining health
• Allows the placement of Cursed Mark which makes it harder for the victim to harm or kill the user. It's something you can only do if you defeated your enemy

Phase 3 : 4 other lines appear forming a diamond where the black line is. The abilities are :

• Allows complete Demonic Takeover , like partial DT just more effective , and faster health draining
• Allows to use Entry to Hell which turns the terrain to your advantage. Unlike DT it doesn't harm you and it requires chakra

I love this idea. But this will be a Kekkei Genkai, and very little people will have it

Yea , I know that very few people will have it.

Of course this is a kekkei genkai , dojutsu itself is a type of kekkei genkai.

I like the idea but this will have to get nerfed if it is to be implemented inside the game.... The user who has phase 3 is basically satan XD and you can't defeat the devil....... Unless you are a god....... BUT seeing as it is a Kekkei Genkai it won't have to be nerfed THAT much as Kekkei Genkais are meant to be a LITTLE op.
