If they're really so determined to try to get around any IP restrictions that may be implemented (which they might not even be, who knows,) they might as well be a contestant for Kage. Botting is probably not even going to effect the voting by much if there are thousands of villagers. Whoever is the best contestant will most likely win, despite botting.

Overall, there will probably be botting, but it probably won't even effect the process. If they're a contestant botting to win, that means they were good enough to become a contestant in the first place, so it's not like it would be the end of the world if they won.
