Ok I got an idea we can keep the 30 seconds time limit and we can add a chance for the person to fight back. Like the moment the ghost tries to attack the target then the target can attack and the attack does double damage but it's hard to hit the ghost and the ghost's attack does .2 or .5X damage and if this isn't good then I am out of ideas and I understand that it's OP

Honestly, a Force Ghost-esque jutsu to move extremely fast so you can get a message out before you die would be pretty cool

What about allowing players to either automatically generate or otherwise create hand-drawn maps? You could get gypped for a very crude map.

This should include some character stats, like their kill count and reigning champions...

I think that at the begining, the firat generation of kage, should be suzeains (In brief a suzerain is a king or leader that holds the supreme power in a state. He practly is the god of that village, in our case.). Everything will be more interesting this way. A kage can decide to change state's organization, to separate the powers in his village, to create a council or to decide to handle himself with all the problems. Will he give up to his powers for the good of the village or he will became a feard dictator who will lead the village with an iron hand?

Some immortal words been said in this thread, over 10 years since I joined less than a year after this post. But this is the most relevant, really.

I think that the players in charge of each village should be left to their own devices as to the organization of their political structures! The same way I believe we should be left to our own devices as to how our economy develops, once Vreg gives us a means to generate SLO munnies...

I bet we'll start using whatever mundane consumable Vreg gives us to play around with first. Stone Age of SLO. We stand in the Primordial Era of this game still.

In the Hidden Volcano, we are intending to run a council comprised of the Kage, his 2 Elders, anyone else dubbed part of Kazangakure's important movers and shakers and the Clan leaders, including leaders of localized branches of clans stemming from village to village.
The Himitsu and Raiu, for example. Kazangakure's Plumes and Fulgurites.
Clans native to Kazangakure will have earlier say in local building plans, as well as a richer history in the area to begin with. The trade-off to being a branch is having more sway with an intervillage clan... Never forget, @Konohuro it was your clan running the Volcano before us... #NeverForgetKirishima

Local organizations will be tasked with sending representatives to the village council occasionally for matters concerning them, and can ask for the right to cast a vote on occasion.

Suzerains, we Kage and Elders remain!
