You can make your own character  using your imagination. Use the OC TEMPLATE to format your character.
Keep the following points in mind while making an Orignal Character:-
1.Ensure that your character looks and sounds realistic enough. Refrain from making it too OP or giving it a weapon/jutsu that practically makes you GOD.
2.While making the character history, make sure you use locations and other stuff that can and do exist in Vregland (SLO Universe)

You Can make a character art using the link provided in the OC template or just request any of the SLO artists to make you one. (thats Rapho... mostly and he creates masterpieces)
