Jutsu Description: Create a small vacuum bubble of air around the targets head, which suffocates them and drains life
Jutsu Level: Intermediate
Jutsu Range: short to medium
Chakra Nature: Air
Effects if hit: Target immobilized, slowly drains health of target. Consumes medium amount of chakra for novice users and less the more advanced one becomes with the technique. Caster cannot move while jutsu is in effect which leaves them open to attack

Jutsu Name: Dark Water Mist Jutsu
Jutsu Type: Ninjutsu
Jutsu Descriotion: Creates a thick, dark fog which drains chakra and life from opponent
Jutsu Level: Master or Expert
Chakra Nature: Air and Water or Kekkai Genkai (haven't decided)
Jutsu Range: Short to long, depending on skill with technique
Effects if hit: Target is immobilized and loses a constant amount of health and chakra, the caster is also affected by this jutsu if caught in the target area. Costs a decent amount of chakra to cast. Anyone caught in the area loses 50% visibility. Genjutsu in the target area will not work.
