HIGHLY recommended: Hajime no Ippo, you don't even have to be a boxing fan to like it. Around 100+ episodes with the 3 seasons combined.

Hunter x Hunter is another option with 100+ episodes, stays interesting most of the time.

Finally, Fairy Tail as an option with again 100+ episodes, unfortunately this can get boring sometimes.

I'll make sure to watch Hunter x Hunter when i have time, i might watch hajime no ippo and yugioh once i've finished watching one piece, thanks guys.

Yu Yu Hakusho - 112 episodes. It's written by the same author (asshole who doesn't give a fuck about his fans) as Hunter x Hunter but this one is actually good. Too bad that it's way older. It still owns HxH in each and every aspect.
Anyways, excluding Naruto, the greatest anime are below the 100 episodes milestone.
