Title: Where to find a good digital artist?

Does anyone know of good artists that can draw up characters? Would love to have my character be drawn to make him more official :)

It's not that easy to get people like rapho to draw stuff for u so u can always use the online avatar creators like  http://hapuriainen.deviantart.com/art/Naruto-character-creator-128745915
