Title: My FPS in Game

When I Play Shinobi Life Online i get 25 to 30 FPS When im not close to the arena
when im close to it i get 10 to 15 FPS
i Cleaned my Computer But Im Still with the same FPS
 At Night My Internet stays Worse i get 3 to 5 fps in the arena
when im not close i get 15 to 18
 
What im trying to say is when u add the map will i be able to play it whith no lag
Is it Bc my Internet?
OR my Awfull  Pc

FPS Problems is about your PC
PING Problems is about your Internet

I suggest you upgrade your pc and stuff..
switch to fastest Graphics in game.
And stay away from the arena.
my lowest has been 25 fps near the arena... can't even imagine 3fps :p

use low graphics and I suggest u to use this in game ./.unlockfps
I have used this 1 time and from 60 fps to 200, so I think this help you =D
