Someone puts a word or phrase, the person below them writes the word with their lips (by pressing the keyboard with the lips) and gives another word for the next person to write

Since when is "a word" a small sentence?
Either I misunderstood the entire game, or you're all doing it wrong / Mars didn't explain it well enough.

Yes, I know this is sort of off-topic. but seeing as there is no real point for me to address all of the current players in General Discussion because new players might join in.
I might as well put it here and hopefully get my question answered.
Is the point of this game to write "a (1) word" with your lips, or to write several words / a sentence.
